Susan Werner has invited me into her picking parlor on Sunday, May 3 at 7pm! I can’t think of a better way to bust back onto the stage after a long month of turning in and tuning in. I hope you can join us. I’ll also be recording songs for everyone who participated in City Winery’s Mother’s Day gift-giving (and if you want to know about more, I recommend their mailing list), singing a good morning song for Riverkeeper’s Restore Mother Nature info morning with Director Paul Gallay, May 2 (I’m a new member of their Leadership Council), singing a big hello to Bryn Mawr for their May Hole Celebration (they know which song), and joining Dana Saylor for her show DIY with Dana Saylor on May 21st at noon, talking about towns and people. I think that’s it for now. Hello again!

In the meantime, it’s back to long walks, finishing up an album, and wondering at how all of nature can spring into spring so verdantly and yet my garden won’t give an inch (but my hope springs verdantly, too).
