So much to give thanks for in my camp, and so much news to share!
In April, 2018, Cry Cry Cry did two shows. They were our last ones for the imaginable future. Greg Anderson teamed up with the sound people at Freight & Salvage in their beautiful listening concert hall, to make a multi-track recording.
Songwriting Theme Days!
These workshops are for anyone over 16 who wants to write a song that matters: to ourselves, to the people (or pets) we love, and to the world. Our songs can be funny, heavy, catchy or sappy. We'll just be looking for ways to say what we really want to say. We'll explore everything from the bag of tricks we use in songwriting to discussions of why we need to write in the first place, plus how we can stay the course and finish our songs, no matter how discouraging the voices in our heads might be.
To sign up, choose which day or days you would like to attend, purchase your retreat and use the provided link to finish your registration. Space is limited to 20 writers per day. These retreats are perfect for gifting as well.

Some of these songs are from the original album, but most are new arrangements that were never released. It was exciting and it was emotional. In short, it was the best of us, and this release is for the best of causes. MANY thanks to Greg for putting it all together, and to all of you who were there that night, including my compatriots, Lucy Kaplansky and Richard Shindell
All proceeds will be donated to Live Music Society, www.livemusicsociety.org to help sustain and rebuild small venues for live music
